Weather data from the National Weather Service. Property tax records for Dallas County come from the Dallas Central Appraisal District's own public search; records for Collin County (including Plano, McKinney, Allen, and Prosper) come from Collin CAD's published appraisal roll on Texas's open-data platform. Tax figures are informational estimates, not an official tax bill or title search — confirm with the county before relying on them. Denton and Tarrant County addresses aren't covered yet. Permit data from the City of Dallas Open Data Portal — filed by street, not exact address, and reflects whatever the City has published as of your visit. School zone and rating data for Richardson ISD, Plano ISD, and Highland Park ISD comes from each district's own public boundary lookup service; McKinney ISD and Allen ISD zone data comes from each city's own public GIS server; Dallas ISD zone data comes from the district's own published 2026-27 attendance-boundary datasets, since its own locator tools aren't independently queryable. All zones are matched against the Texas Education Agency's 2025 A-F campus accountability ratings; ratings and boundaries are set annually and are shown here as a starting point, not a substitute for confirming with the district. Addresses outside those six districts show general reference links instead.
